Comment notification not working?

For some reason, I don't get noticed whenever someone's commenting on this blog. I DO have my email address filled in for new comments to be mailed to me, but it doesn't work. Much annoying. Just yesterday I read three old ones, but they were all new to me.

Darn settings not working properly.
