What would you like to learn?

It was harder than I first thought to come up with stuff for this blog.

  • Hello Erik, I'm currently in the process of opening a Swedish themed restaurant of which I cannot discuss to much in depth. I was wondering if you could give me some menu section headers and how I would write them................ for instance....
    Appetizers=
    Lighter side
    Soups and salads
    Entree's
    >beef
    >chicken
    >fish
    Desserts

    What would you think would be a couple of the Swedish "favorites" or "must haves". What would you say is the best Swedish style appetizer in your area? Etc. Soup/Salad/ How about a favorite Swedish dressing? Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
